Rowan University Student Receives 2016 John F. Donohoe Scholarship Award

Moretrench Congratulates Evan Larison, a civil and environmental engineering student at Rowan University, on being the 2016 recipient of the Associated Construction Contractors  of New Jersey  John F. Donohoe Scholarship Award.  ACCNJ was formed by the merger of the Associated General Contractors of New Jersey  (AGCNJ) and the Building Contractors Association of New Jersey. The scholarship was created in honor of the late John F. Donohoe, former President and CEO of Moretrench, who also served as President of AGCNJ and National Director of its parent organization, the Associated General Contractors of America.  The award was presented  to Mr. Larison by Mr. Donohoe’s widow Kathy and son John at the ACCNJ Membership Dinner held on June 7th at Mayfair Farms in West Orange.

This is the seventh year that the John F. Donohoe scholarship has been awarded and to date over $75,000 has been distributed among the recipients.  To learn more about the ACCNJ Scholarship Foundation and its work please visit
